For the purposes of this Terms & Conditions, “we”, “our” and “us” means Eyekatching and “you” and “your” means the user or customer of this website.
The following is the Agreement which applies to your use of our web pages for the purchase of online goods. By browsing through the Website, opening an Account, or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. Please note that this Agreement may be amended from time to time due to technological and applicable law changes.
We and any other persons involved in the management of this website may make changes in the products described, and to other content of this website, at any time without notice.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate. However some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified.
All depictions contained on the website are for illustration purposes only. Because of differences in picture inks, computer monitors and printer ink, colours of the actual product may vary slightly from those observed.
Prices of products and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but are subject to change without notice. You should check the price of a product at the time of placing an order. The price displayed for products on this website represents the full price, including GST, for the product itself but in some cases does not include postage/delivery charges.
We will take reasonable steps to secure the website and the systems in our control that are used to access and use the website. However, given the nature of the internet, it is sometimes unreliable and is a difficult medium to secure. We cannot guarantee the security of the website or the systems (including the internet and your hardware and software) used to access and use the website, or any information that passes through such systems.
Your order will be dispatched once the payment has cleared into our account. After this time, your order will be dispatched within the next business day.
We will do everything we can to ensure quick and secure delivery, but ultimately we can not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods unless the item is insured. If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
For domestic orders, we use Australia Post.
For international orders, we use either Express Courier International or Registered Airmail. Please contact us for the postage cost and approximate transit time to your country.
We accept , PayPal and Credit Card payments (Visa,Mastercard and American Express)
All sales are final unless items are found to be damaged or defective.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) items must be reported within 10 days from the received date. A replacement will be issued.
Items with manufacturers’ defects must be reported within the warranty period. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion and have it shipped back to you as soon as possible. In the event that the defective item cannot be repaired and replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to your nominated Paypal, credit card account.
No refund or replacement will be given until we have received the returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned with all original contents, accompanied with invoice and return form.
Returned items with signs of physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering, tested not faulty, will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
Items intended as gifts or otherwise should be inspected for physical damage as such claims beyond the DOA period will be rejected.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Returned items should be carefully packed and shipped via traceable means.
This warranty does not limit your entitlements to other consumer warranties as provided by the Australian Consumer Guarantee.
